Set in an unbeatable location in Teddington, The Wharf restaurant is converted from an old boathouse and sits on the bank of the Thames opposite Teddington Lock. With stunning views of the river, it is the ideal place for a corporate event.

Venue Details

The Wharf can cater for any kind of event whether it's a relaxed business dinner or a company party. There are two individual areas within the restaurant; the First Floor and the Main Dining Room. You can hire either area separately or the entire restaurant exclusively.

The Main Dining Room can also be hired for your event and can accommodate up to 120 for dining and up to 200 for canapés or a buffet. It has a large, contemporary bar area which can be used for a champagne reception or pre-dinner drinks, as well as post-dinner dancing.

The First Floor is the perfect space for a party, award ceremony or post conference lunch or dinner. It can hold up to 60 guests seated or 120 for a buffet or canapé reception.

The entire restaurant can seat 180 for dinner and up to 320 for canapés or a buffet. The Wharf would provide a stunning setting for a company Christmas party or summer ball.

Private Dining Menus

Food and drink are an important element of any event. We will help you decide on food and wine for the big day and can tailor the menus to suit your individual requirements. Your function will be managed and catered by the Wharf's Managers, Head Chef and their teams.

Provisional Booking of the Date

Once you've spoken to our Events Team and confirmed availability of the date we will provisionally hold the date for at least 14 days. If we do not hear from you by the agreed date, the booking will automatically be released.

Confirmation of the Booking

To secure your event, complete and return the Booking Form, together with a deposit of 10% of your minimum spend.

Ahead of your reception the Events Team will create your Event Plan, tailored to your requirements. This plan will outline your anticipated charges as well as important details for your day.
